chore: cleanup unneeded device storage methods (#399)
BREAKING CHANGE, removes methods from DeviceAuthorizationStorage:

- GetDeviceAuthorizationByUserCode
- CompleteDeviceAuthorization
- DenyDeviceAuthorization

The methods are now moved to examples as something similar can be
userful for implementers.
